We were able to raise funds, get the OK to have the event on January 1st at Ledbetter Beach and had all the other pieces in place, but were not able to find an insurance broker to underwrite the event with the specific requirements that the City of Santa Barbara mandated.

We encourage you and your family and friends to take a dip in the ocean, river or lake of your choice and know that fellow enthusiasts will be starting the New Year in similar fashion at 11:30am sharp Pacific Standard Time!
